Given there are more Atlantic Drift videos than Isle videos it makes sense as a brand name so they can add dudes not from the UK
Isle already has people not from the uk.

Are all of you short mf'ers? That why you want shorter WB? Lol

I have an 8.5 I'm gonna skate soon and it sits nicely at 14.5. Not sure what the specs are under 8.5 but are there not many under 14.25 from them?

Knox is most likely testing a new shape or it's a temporary holdover while he was filming "Saint Tom Knox" from the ad BTS footage. Even though he just skated one spot, I can see him breaking a couple boards while filming a few of those tricks/lines.

Who? I thought they all were from or lived there hence the name.

Atlantic Drift is already a brand and they sell clothing/accessories independent of the Thrasher run sweaters they did.

As for boards, they could do one-offs with each Drift rider's board company if there are more aside from Isle.

Isle X Atlantic Drift
Polar X Atlantic Drift
Etc. as one-off collaborations. I don't think it should be it's own board brand, since they'd be poaching from existing brands that Jacob Harris has friends riding for..

More likely Isle had production issues due to the pandemic. Hard to picture him or Casper on another brand, although I'm sure it wouldn't be hard for either to find a landing spot.

A friend of mine who runs a board company in the UK couldn't get decks all summer, just got his first batch since april or something, it's fucked. Could well be the case for Isle as well.

Same. The one Isle deck I had must have been the longest I've ever skated. It felt like trying to tre flip a surf board.

Just like many others, Isle is essentially a bedroom company.

saw this in PHOTOS/VIDEOS. Tom riding another blank here and there are lots of close-ups of his setup. You can see the squid/jellyfish graphics are stickers

his pro board is 8.375 and in the video he says he rides an 8.5 so, this conjecture may be valid

Most Pro's will not ride the same size as they produce for the general market. 8.5 sells less than a 8.25 or 8.375 so it makes sense to make Pro boards in the popular size, even if said Pro doesn't ride that size himself.

Companies like Baker and Polar just do a pro’s board in every size. Seemingly no correlation to what the pro themselves actually ride.

I really wonder how this board would have handled the World Days where they just gave the pros blanks.

I assume, due to the Atlantic drift stickers, maybe they want to turn this brand in a board company: Isle is completely anonymous without the touch of Jake Harris:the graphics are weird and boring.  Atlantic drift , as brand got lots of potential  compare to Isle.

What is there to leave? The 'company' is entirely propped up by Jacob & Atlantic Drift. What is the last thing Isle has done that was seperate to Atlantic Drift?

What's the last thing any company has done aside from product and the videos they're involved with?? Thats basically all skateboard companies do
