Topics covered include lizard people, demons, inter-dimensional entities, the Illuminati, satanists, finding hidden messages in the form of adding up whatever combination of numbers he finds, and how evil the industry is.
Tony Hawk is a common topic, too. He's really got into Duane's head.
Losing his son Chess at twenty fucked Duane up. I wouldn't wish that on anyone.
Duane is harmless enough, he's burned a lot of bridges, though.

I was kind of inspired by his skateboarding around 2003 maybe- when everybody was just focused on rail chomping. I'd just started getting into transition, and thought his style was awesome. Now, he's inspiring me to always wear a helmet when I skate bowls. His brain must look like a 3 month old lime.
