Pretty sure all Ams on KROOKED and REAL do not get paid. It is possible that they give their Ams an incentive when they film a video part, but thats speculation. These skaters should be compensated, especially when their names are attached to the branding of the video like you pointed out. DLX and other brands in the industry seem to rely heavily on their team riders shoe sponsors to pick up the tabs on travel for the production of these videos as well. Selling products to Zumiez must not be as lucrative as one would think for DLX to be able to take care of the Ams on their teams. Maybe it is time for them to open up direct to consumer online? They have prided themselves for not doing so for many years now, yet still selling to Zumiez which one would think competes with the "core" shops.
