What's your favourite shoe that has released this year?

For me the Last Resort VM002 feels like it was made for me, the fit is spot on and they're perfect for the way I skate.

I never rip laces, the toe is perfect for flick tricks, and the sole is the perfect middle ground for a cupsole (good flex and boardfeel with arch support and decent cushioning). Best shoe I've skated so far.

Gonna try the wino g6s with the cupsole next

I'm sure I'm going to be practically on an island with this take but the Es Swift 1.5's are the best shoes I've ever skated. Very flexible for a cupsole (don't even need breaking in), lace savers, and the rubberized toe/Ollie area lining make them last for ages. Just wish they'd make the branding on the side more subtle but hell I guess everyone is doing it these days unfortunately.

Ya feets must be iron: the shoes you are listing here are closer to socks. Even with the insoles.

i think it’s hard to not give it to LR vm001 (low or high) on this one. First new skater owned shoe company since huf that’s done something worth a damn in my opinion.

Last Resort tallboys.

Lows are good too but the highs are what I need when the deck tries to amputate my foot at the ankle after some sloppy footwork.

Think they came out end of last year but the NB# 440 hi's are fucking amazing. Had those, last resort hi's, and Crockett hi's this year and the 440's blew those out of the water (and both of those are great shoes)

I only skated Airwalks from 87-93.  I think these were the first lows I ever skated in.  Everything before these were the god-awful highs.

Best shoe. I could also do with smaller branding on the side but it's not too bad. Had plenty of pairs.

I really like adidas forum 84 adv. Still skating the first pair I bought they are absolute tanks and they look clean too. They feel. super protective of your feet and. thats why I like. them, but I know. some people have a lot of issues with board feel in them. I think they have a decent board feel. Mostly just skated blazers and dunks this year though as usual. Didn't feel like any shoe came out that was revolutionary imo. Looking forward to the ishod, the new tiago shoe and the numeric version of the 480.

Telfords are the best shoes

Kinda curious to try these… how do they stack up to other high tops? Blazers, Crockett highs and Newports are what I’ve skated most recently and I still think blazers reign supreme.
