I wanted to hear more about the video games he's playing and less about Borra, but it was a great interview. He's got great comic delivery and the hosts have good chemistry.

It is pretty sick that there is zero effort put into tidying up the podcast space at all. I was kinda worried that bookcase was gonna tip over and crush them.

My first experience with GH was tuning into the olympics because I refuse to pay for that. His commentary made it bearable and in fact, enjoyable.

If you haven't watched his content, I encourage you to do so. I promise he doesn't turn into Guy Mariano every time he is on camera (e.g., like, like, like, like, like, like, like, etc.).

gifted hater is the best. i could not get enough of the mamaskate videos, that shit was fucking hilarious.

I also fully agree with their opinion on a certain level of gatekeeping being necessary at skateparks in regards to passing on etiquette and knowledge to newer/younger skaters at parks.

Agreed, you used to get vibed to hell or kicked out if you were a kook at the spot, younger skaters should be thankful someone is telling them politely to change their attitudes instead of harsh love.

It's the same with any new brand, shop or skater that corporations are trying to shove down our throats. We vote with our wallets but beyond that older skaters have a duty to pass on institutional knowledge to the younger skaters: educate them what brands / skaters are wack, how preserve our culture / lifestyle and etiquette.

Some Slap discussion near the end. Cool interview too I was stoked to find yet another skate podcast. Audio is a little janky but hey they’re starting out.

Would be cool if gifted hater uploaded the audio of his shows as podcasts. I kinda hate y*out*be. All the ads suck. I don’t spend much time with a video open but am usually listening to something on the go

He didn’t say, but based on his Patreon he’s making $5,500 per month. YouTube and Twitch probably add another grand at least.
