He was skating Toy boards in Cherry. Maybe that's where you saw it.

That's a pretty fun rendition of the Toy Devilman logo. I think it's an awful sweatshirt, but on par with the shit kids are wearing today.

actually a pretty okay collab. both brands have been sour for a while. one hasn't really been relevant since jump of a building the other has one has lost it's exclusivness. i could buy a board if it's done alright. hopefully the knuckles and some sort of supreme thing over it. I don't know. let's see what they come up with.

^That hoodie is actually dope. Cliver did that animation in the intros to the Toy videos, so it makes sense they went with that over Ed's stuff. They collaborate with Cliver pretty regularly.

Tyshawn used to skate Toy Machine and Emerica around the time Cherry Came out.

Tyshawn was with Emerica and riding toy boards at Wild in the Streets in Austin 2013, I remember him being so little and ripping the nine so easily. I’m pretty sure he was supreme hatted/stickered then too

i say all things considered because supreme over the last couple years has gone mostly downhill, with collabs especially but this is pretty nice IMO

I'm in college and there's only two kinds of students that wear supreme on campus (and I'm applying this to rubric to the greater outside world): rich hypebeast foreign exchange students, and the absolute worst, corniest white kids ever.

Supreme is so wack. Ironically it’s like this generation’s Stüssy considering the guy who started Supreme, James Jebbia, was an underling to Sean Stüssy.

I personally felt like Supreme was strictly a NYC thing.. when they branched off to LA and the Nike SB popped off they took a turn for the worst.

I honestly have no clue how toy machine ended up the way it is now. did ed basically hand over all responsibility for recruiting talent/brand direction to mike sinclair? if so, what is sinclair's angle/hope for the brand?

i'd imagine that it wouldn't be too difficult to keep alive just by keeping things small and simple and do cool re-issues/tap into their heritage stuff a bit more.

I am massive fan of what toy machine did up until suffer the joy for the most part, and i recall being pretty bummed on brainwash other than jordan taylor's part. my fandom started to fade around that time for what they were currently doing, but i've always re-visited welcome to hell and jump off a building quite often and picked up the odd logo board/tee from that era. i'll forever be a fan of toy machine's past but whatever they got going on today is horrendous.

while cool-guying is a real phenomenon, studies show that 83% of all cool-guying incidents can be attributed to the cool-guyee being an awkward weirdo
