That chef is such a dork too. Seen him on TV a few times and “highly punchable face” sums it up pretty well.

I stumbled across this chef's YouTube page a while back and my first introduction to him was making this late night smash burger. It made me so damn hungry watching it. He has some great late night snack videos he preps with a GoPro on and explains some great cooking insight. This doesn't have much to do with Been other than saying I love Kenji's videos.

kenji's videos rule! gotta go check out his restaurant wursthall. lots of smash burger popups around recently so i can't really justify a $17 single patty burger when i can pay like $10 for a double elsewhere.
