burger she wrote is really good. only downside for me personally it’s pretty small cuz the hawaiian bun makes it more like a slider size than the traditional sized burger. still worth it tho the wagyu texture is so crispy.

i want to try more skater owned food spots.

Salmans Pizzanista for example is kind of successful

pretty easy to make a good burger - and if you have a shitload  of people who know you already
you could start from there.
Neen´s burger looks boring - was expecting something vegan, if he start a really good Vegan Burger place in
LA - he would have a secure pension.

i woud prefer some Bánh mi Sandwich place, or some Korean snack bar, or some really cool Dim Sum Bar.

I agree. He's working on his retirement. I can't hate him for looking to the future to provide for him and his lady.

Also, I think his burger pop up bar is in Texas, so it not being vegan is probably for the best. Though the tags look like it's in Austin, so a vegan option wouldn't be the worst idea.
