Saw Ride last Thursday in Amherst MA. The songs from the new record sound great live, and J. Mascis was in attendance watching from the crowd.

Was a solid show, so I bought tickets for a second show here in CT in December.

Going to the Deslondes in July, then this local festival that has The Flaming Lips headlining the first night, and Dinosaur Jr. the second night(not headlining). After that is Built to Spill.

There’s a local Denver band called Video Daze. They cover a lot a music from skate videos. Sometimes they’ll give out merch if you know the skater that skated to it. Anyway Marisa Dal santo is opening for them next week and I’m hyped.

Just saw the Chameleons lastnight and my face is properly melted. My favorite record is actually the Peel sessions, so I had a feeling I was likely going to get something good.

I was not let down.

tpo shirt says/means "is anxious" or "is uncomfortable" (不安な)
bottom shirt says "throw away xxxxx" (xxxxxを捨てて). cant figure out what the first part says cuz its too blurred. i asked a full-on random japanese business man sitting beside me on the subway cuz i was curious but he said he couldnt read the blurred letters either

The Jesus Lizards are going to play in Boston come December. I'm stoked for the show. I saw them live about 6 years ago. They sounded great, and played a rather long set.

Ween cancelled their Chocolate and Cheese 30th anniversary show in Philly. Second time this year the Ween rug has been yanked from underneath me. Hope Mickey is gonna be alright..
