You can still use this one. Using whatever photo editor, create a 16:9 composition, place the 4:3 image on there, then cut the image into four sections moving each part of the vig into the corner. Save as .png, done.
Attached is a test I did in less than 5 minutes on Photopea.com. I used 1280x720 for the example but you can obviously create the composition to match your project.
