fs flip pros, do you catch them with the back or front foot generally?

I’ve been trying to get them consistent. If I catch it with my front foot, it usually looks better when I land. I feel like can’t pop it as high as when I catch with my back foot, though

Always with the popping foot. Same as any 180(-body) flip trick.
I get why it could be confusing, but a kickflip nosemanny is also caught with the back foot.
