Boundaries and shadow work

Been reading lot's of books on setting boundaries and shadow work,  some stuff is applicable and others are just left behind. I've definitely felt like it was overwhelming (suicidal) in regards to the mirror's reflection of myself and actions to others.  Be careful when trying your hand at learning about yourself.
