thunder baseplate broke (pivot cup chunked out, pivot doesnt stay in anymore).
I got a automated email which asked me to detail the details which i replied back too with the details, its been 3 days and no signs of life. also dmed cameron ennis on instagram (the supposed warranty rep) to ask him how long the process takes also no reply or read. I read that DLX customer service is great on slap but any idea on why their inactive?

That is a good one - not a huge break, but enough to cause issue and seen a few of those over the years.
Lucky I usually have a spare baseplate around to swap out and wait for the warranty (or shop credit) depending on who it is with or how likely they would replace it.
Just a few things to ask, as this all affects warranty:
Where are you in the world?
Where did you buy them from and did you contact the shop first? This is really the first point you should be going to, not straight to the distro.
How old are they and did you have the receipt still?
