really great flatground niche spots in the Southbay?

im looking for something somewhat secluded and mellow, with a vibe like Blue Park or K Bridge in brooklyn.

i totally get all of LA/southbay is skateable but im looking for something pretty sanctioned thats a similar vibe to the 2 places mentioned
