Vegemite and sprinkles sandwich/bread
My mother's sister discovered it when her mother (my grandmother) said she needed to eat something healthier than bread with sprinkles (or fairy bread) all the time. in order to achieve this, she started putting vegemite on the bread as well.
to pretty much anyone vegemite is horrid, to australians vegemite with sprinkles is inconceivable. but i invite you to try it, as it's unexpectedly very good

I’ve only had vegemite one time but I love Marmite on buttered toast in the morning. I don’t think it needs sprinkles but I am not against it.

I find myself going through waves with snacking. Some months, I catch myself buying packs of cookies, pastries, cakes, and similar shit on a weekly basis. Other months, I avoid the sweets altogether and go for nuts or fruit cups. I think my snacking correlates to how my mental well-being is at that moment in time.lol
BUT, my favorite snack as of late has been this homemade hummus my partner and I made. We followed a standard hummus recipe, but added our own flavors like gochujang, kimchi kick powder, and a good amount of fresh garlic. Best thing I've ever added to any sandwich or bagel.

It’s stone fruit season, so I’ve been eating a large amount of peaches, plums, apricots, etc. when you get a good apricot there’s really nothing like it

Bartlett pears, cashews, almonds, occasional jerky, veggie chips, carrots. Maybe a banana or apple sometimes.

I got this the other day. Less than 1g sugar.

These are a guilty pleasure

Krispy Kreme teevee snacks. Pref the pink ones but all are good. Teevee snacks are just a little box of biscuits (or cookies to Americanos) usually in varied shapes and flavours. The Krispy Kreme crossover are donut shaped and have icing. I first had them maybe a year ago and thought they sucked they were so hard I had to put them in coffee for a second just to be able to bite thru them. Got them again and maybe they're literally the same batch from back then but they were soft and real good only prob is I can eat a whole box in about two mins.

Love a good, spicy dill pickle or some chips and salsa.

Fun chips and salsa fact: Sit in the bar area at Chili's and they'll just keep refilling 'em.

My absolute favorite chips are these Kroger Private Selection brand (or Ralph's for the west coast pals) Sweet Southern Heat BBQ Ripple Cut Kettle Chips.

I'd put them up against any of the big brand chips.

Get hungry on it!

Got a Costco membership today and I immediately grabbed a tub of those peanut butter pretzels when I saw them.  They are in fact the bomb.

Haven’t tried it yet but also grabbed a bag of this Snickers popcorn;

Costco definitely has a dangerous selection of enticing snacks.  Kept it pretty tame today though, mostly went to buy Kirkland boxer briefs.  They may be inedible, but they’re easily the best fit/quality/value when it comes to mens undergarments.

Had my first ever experience stopping at a Buc-ees store a few weeks ago while traveling for vacation and discovered these delicious little cookies.  I couldn't stop eating them.

Get hungry on it!

For any midwesterners I get this at Menards on cheat days.

Closer to a candy snack than what they call "trail Mix" but its truly amazing. especially if your peanut butter obsessed like me

how many of yall just dip a spoon into peanut butter when youre hungry

easier to buy a jar of peanut butter than to keep 'real' snacks around tbh
