It will be interesting to see how this goes without Kojima. Metal Gear Survive was not good, hopefully they will take this more seriously as well as bring back David Hayter for Snake's voice.

Super late for this but they're reusing all original recorded dialogue, won't be rerecording or adding anything in that regard unfortunately
