mike tyson's punchout
i actually beat that shit.  yes, i knocked out mike tyson.  it was intense.  probably took 400 tries.

if you made it up to mike without the cheat code too, man you had to go through sandman and shit, that was fucking tough.  what an excellent game.

somebody posted "golf" too, that game was fucking unreal.  so awesome.

I probably spent just as much time trying to get my system to work than I actually spent playing the games.
it's all about blowing in the cartridge.  and in truly dire times, sometimes you had to blow in the system.  then you had to get the cartridge in there just right and voila, it works.

i can see it now, you call the damn customer support line bitching about how your shit isn't working "well, sir, have you tried blowing in it?"

it was the only thing that worked.

i never did beat tyson, he was the only one who didn;t really have a pattern. super machoman wasn't so bad, i thought sandman was tougher. my friend kirk beat tyson plenty though.

Who knows about The Angry Game Nerd?

Funniest shit on the entire internet.  All this dude does is review the worst games there ever were and tell you how awful they are.  It's hilarious.

his review of that mcdonalds game is one of my favorites

i had an nes but was more of an arcade kid. so here's some of my favorite arcade games

i think it was in the third metal slug where if you got bit by a zombie you turned into a zombie and instead of throwing grenades you puked blood all over.

there's this place called nickel city by my house where you pay two bucks to get in then all the games are a nickel. die hard arcade and a couple others are free though. me and my friends have beaten it so many times. the last level though you have to fight each other and since it's free no one is willing to stop pressing the restart.
