honestly can kinda relate to the idea of spending a lot of time on something and later stressing about whether it was worth it or not. props for finding a niche i guess. life is weird.

I feel that, but at the same time the way he said it seemed like “I didn’t get famous from skating and so it was all a waste of time”. Like one, he did get famous from skating in a way, and two, if you were having fun and enjoying being a skater it wasn’t time wasted.

I hate influencers as much as anyone on earth, but this dude is so next level ridiculous and despised that I can’t help but see him as a likeable heel sort of character.  And he can definitely skate with decent style.  I guess this type of corniness isn’t as annoying to me as other, more subdued, egomaniacs.
