You picked one of his two memorable tricks. As did the other people who mentioned his switch 360 flip 5-0. The argument that “he’s actually really solid” is undermined by the fact that the only tricks people mention to defend him are the two I had in mind when I made my post.

Do you judge a skater's talent solely by your own trick memorability? I know Shane O'Neil is super talented but if I had a gun to my head and had to recall a specific trick he did I'd be a dead man

Is he the most interesting skater? No, but is he extremely good? Yes. He can switchflip backtail full size handrails on demand. Big switch heels, frontside heels, all kinds of shit on lock. Maybe you need to refresh your memory and watch one of his parts instead of just relying on what you memorized, that's all I'm saying.

Did people really think he would get on disorder? Idc what Nike or Nyjah offered him there’s no way he’s giving up all of his credibility to ride for one of the corniest brands in skateboarding.
