But since he's still riding Baker boards, I wonder if 1) this is the footage he was stacking before he got bumped? 2) If he got off Baker on good terms and The Boss still sends him Baker boxes (which isn't a bad deal)? 3) Both?

EDIT: Ok, now that I watched it, some of his pants look looser than before. So there’s that. Dude does what he does really well, but no big wow factor for me. He is like a stencil (aestheticly & trick wise <with some exceptions>) for a generic hesh dude stereotype and always felt like a homie that they turned pro cuz he’s the homie.

Too bad. The trend of doing some interesting skating could've furthered his career.

Now that he's back in the hometown hero role and is probably not getting paid for it, his skating seems way sicker. He's gap to back lipping double sets because he wants to. I've never been one to risk it on pro level shit, so seeing him going for it just because he can, is sick.
