What should I do if my muscles hurt after playing Skateboard?

I am a Skateboard beginner for 2 weeks, it was really hard for me. I was having a lot of pain, I think it was due to the way I was moving incorrectly. Now my arm is very sore. Have you ever been in the same situation as me? How do you overcome them? Please share with me
