Need to stock up on some rosé and white wines for these warm days

I should make some chicken salads and other cool refreshing foods

Any killer wine and dinner pairings for this summer

nothing's been the since same

I don’t really get down on white wines, but recently I discovered a nice dry cider from Golden State Cider which is their Brut. 6.9% and the driest they make. It’s made with champagne yeast which gives it a nice flavor even though I’m also not into champagne. Whatever, I’ve got the Claw in me as I speak, so not articulating well. Be well y’all, and hoping that your glasses ne’er run dry…

Only really vibe with a nice Shiraz for drinking, cooking is a different story.
Not really a cider guy either, but Savannahs go pretty good. Australia has a bunch of nice dry ciders, but I’m guessing that’s off the cards for most of y’all.

Is Marc Johnson’s glass of wine still alive?

Ciders are so good. Back when i lived in michigan every fall id stock up on cider (hard and soft) straight from local orchards.

I’ve been drinking some 8% Mike’s Harders and Mango/Lime/Strawberitas after work, I’m in a basic bitch mood lately since the weather got nice. They’re not that good for pairing with food but when I make my ciabatta steak sandwiches on the weekends I bust out the craft stouts.

EuroTM once told me that Joslin's favourite drink when hucking down huge stairsets was red wine mixed with Coca Cola.

I remember learning about that concoction years back on here. Shitty red wine that you don’t want to drink on its own plus cola = “sangria”. I tried it with white wine and sprite too. They’ll both do you alright in a pinch.

I've drank a few different decent but still affordable cab sauvignons while skating but only skating flat ground and on brief occasions. Not really recommended for super hot sessions but I've done it in late summer afternoon/early evening and it was still nice. Seems like an easy way to hurt your belly though if you're really going in.

I definitely could be down with skating and having a Rose or a Pinot Grigio in the summer. Sounds pretty lovely.

That's a calimocho, not sangria.

You and the D00D have turned this thread into a horrible head-on-collision between a short bus full of regular kids and a van full of paraplegics.

I really thought Wine Mom skateboards had potential, it's an energy that skateboarding kinda needs as it gets older.
