Nike came and went a couple times but those aren't the ones. 6.0 was surf, wake, bmx. Savier was it's own thing but manufactured by Nike (altho yeah close enough).
Puma had a team and pro models in the mid to late 90s and then half came back about ten years ago with Bucky Lasek, Joey brezinski, Danny cerezini, Ben Fisher. Then bailed again.
Gravis made the arto Dylan run closed shop and has recently come back.
Reebok had some vert team in the 90s under Boks then came back in the early 00s with rbk

To be fair Gonz was always on adidas. They tried to get it right with a team and a collection  two or three times, but they never really left.

Damn Ben fisher was such a flash in the pan tease. Dude ripped and was everywhere for like a year and then just disappeared. Same with Bert Wooten , auby and a few years earlier ray Maldonado.

Let’s switch this thread to dudes like that who were amazingly skilled came out of nowhere and went nowhere . That Kyle dude from the east coast was in that group too I had someone else around that time on the tip of my tongue just now too.

“Gravis made the arto Dylan run closed shop and has recently come back.”  - never really understood what happened there , they were popping hard with the Dylan shoe and then his part and having Jake Johnson and stuff too. Was it just burton restructuring way too late? Cause the brand launched peak recession and seemingly did well.  I don’t think they ever left just killed the skate program.

Puma has done this repeatedly. They ran ads with Kien Lieu back in the early/mid 00's. It's in and out all the time; I thought Sewa was going to bring it back a few years ago.

That version of puma lasted a while. I was sure kien had pro models and maybe even Alan Peterson too but now looking can't find anything. Anyone who was around back then remember?
