Stopped receiving notifications

I stopped receiving notifications about new posts in threads I follow yesterday at 8:20am PST. Normally, I get at least a dozen a day so the absence was noticeable almost immediately.

In addition to this, when I checked my profile to see if I had accidentally enabled or disabled something, I noticed that I am unable to access the Modify Profile section. Selecting any option from the Modify Profile option results in the following error message:
"AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED! syntax error, unexpected ',' "

Same problem here, not quite sure since when, maybe since two weeks ago...

Randomly started getting some notifications again. No rhyme or reason to it though. Some threads I have commented in recently and others I haven't been in in months. In total, I've received 15 notification emails over the past 48 hours.
