Not receiving confirmation email and locked out of original account

Can someone help me get my account back?

I tried to change the email address tied to my account with the username DeepSpace9mm for security reasons but I never received a confirmation email after many attempts and several months.

Oddly I also never got an confirmation email when creating username (notreceivingconfirmemail) , which I created just to try and recover my DeepSpace9mm account. Login worked nonetheless.
