it sucks that an soty of the last decade who is still in his early 30s right now is somewhat disregarded of his skill & (legacy dare i say) over the fact that he doesn’t use social media. it really shows you where we’re at. if mark suciu had not used instagram this entire year there would be threads about him retiring. progression is one thing, i get why companies push their riders to put out content for sales & mutual followers but, it’s stil skateboarding. the dude lives in san diego and has been one of the best for years, just saw a clip of him darksliding a legit park handrail in a demo a few days ago. when we were growing up, dudes put out a video part every 5 years (maybe) if not just a few clips in a shared part and kept a few boards in the catalog. wes has had at least 2,and shared part since he was soty. chill out on the “he still skates?” bullshit.
