I'm very spooked with Stafford and I'm afraid Rodgers is going to also have a letdown season

One game in and we’re already starting week one overreactions lol. Stafford had no time to throw and got sacked 7 times. The Bills D line with Von Miller looked scary too.

Remember Rodgers had like 3 int/0 tds on 150 yards last year in week 1 and he won mvp.

That's the name of the game. Pain and panic

I feel bad for whoever drafted Cam Akers. I’m already pushing panic button on that RB. Rams backfield up in the air. Enjoyed a few nice moments with Darrell Henderson Jr last season however consistency an issue. My opponent this week had Bills defense. Put up 18 points  :'(

My team is Flip Trick Nick (at least until I can think of anything better, I've wanted to change it for like 2 seasons now)

Thought Gabe Davis getting the first TD of the season was a good omen... Until I saw my match-up had Kupp with bloody 13 catches and a TD

Between Dawson Knox and Akers I got 1 point. Starting the season strong when you already know you've lost by 11pm on Thursday night.

Took Akers with the second overall pick of my dynasty baby. Honestly there was no other rb with the same projected upside AND chance to start after Hall. Im not going to panic yet because it looked like the entire offense was a shit show and they were playing from behind most of it. I think McVay is paranoid about getting Akers injured again and wants to ease him back to some extent, but it looked like early on they were splitting series and he was on the field more even if he didn't get the ball. I actually see the fact they got their asses beat as a positive... I think that makes it more likely they give Akers a chance to be a difference maker in the next game or two because you need more than Kupp if you want to win.

All this being said, I drafted Henderson in every single league I took Akers in haha.

Also keeping an eye on Higbee who got 11 targets and dropped like 4 of them.

I'm trying really hard not to cut one of my bench WRs for Mostert.

BR,

Know we didn’t see Akers at all last year however I really do like Henderson. Hope he becomes primary back. I still think about Todd Gurley. Faded into obscurity so fast

Akers being shaky is why I've been going so deep on potential back up rbs in every draft I've done. Betting really high on dillon and pollard

Dak and Elijah Mitchell both look like missing extended time made for a rough week 1, at least the football was good!
I was really hoping to avoid streaming waiver wire QBs all season this year too, but I guess that's what happens when you trust the cowboys.
