Satva's flick is much more graceful and smooth. He even threw out some 360 ones which I don't recall Muska ever doing. Agreed

Satva single handedly triggered my obsession with getting the perfect FS noseslide when I was young.
To this day I say FS noseslide is the most slept on trick in skateboarding.
So much harder to do a GOOD fs nose than people give it credit for.

Yeah! fronside noseslide and backside 180 fakie nosegrind grind - love both tricks, and they are pretty Satva inspired.

Chrome ball have delivery  - as always!

Satva has such amazing style and he fucking killed it up in Boston. It would've been really nice to see him go pro for Toy Machine and have a part for Jump Off A Building.

8th grade me thought he was Russian.   I guess it was the hairstyle and the teeth and I guess Satva sounded like a Russian name.

I can relate to every post in this thread so far.

Totally forgot about Dynasty. My first set of wheels were Judah, I remember them being pretty damn good, too. Always wish that company stuck around longer.

2:14 was my introduction to Satva.
Globes Opinion made me depressed for years.

CBI and Slam city's too rare in-depth interviews are always a pleasure.

Never liked Stava's skating that much and he was never pro level, definitely not on Toy in 97 and it's obvious why Ed was not in a hurry.
It may have been for the best, he had other skills.

Like he says he never really got the opportunity to film a serious part.
