Also that reminds me of Witches of Eastwick.

Sone of that movie was filmed in my home town when I was a baby.

They filmed in Abbot Hall. That’s where the sprit of 76 painting is.

There’s a fun skate spot right near there. Like a few.

The little kid who was doing hypertech slide combos on ledges in the flip days is now still doing tricks like boardslide Nollie flip out, except they look fucking awesome (pun intended). Loved that part. Love a good straight nollie down stairs/gaps so that line was a treat.

Everything is just so smooth and effortless, and yet somehow feels like a bunch of clips were just his warm up for the day and went on to get something better... is this finally the year?

quickly entering the ranks of Best Shorts Skaters with Puig

i've never been there so maybe it's wider than it seems but frontside flip while riding on top of the ledge at USC in the line before the switch back heel is crazy. hairy maneuver to be doing any flatground trick up there on that seemingly pretty thin ledge while hauling ass let alone one where you're rotating like a fs flip.

blunt hardflip pop out in the middle of the ledge also stood out. lots of great skating in here. Louie footy is always a treat

I was just at USC for Sound & Fury and walked by those benches each day. Noticed the spot from the last clip was waxed and was trying to figure out what trick would even be done up there. Now I know haha

Video game licensing for the song kind of confused me. Don't know what that's about.

Yeah on some level skating’s a business, and Louie’s next, like Suciu was. Louie’s got the sponsors and the pedigree to do it.

The china banks documentary did feel like a fucking sick consolation prize for TFunk, only because you’d think they’d wait to tell that story later if he might actually win. Have to imagine the key decision makers are aware of who has how much footage, and how good it is by this point in the year. Not saying TFunk wont make a push but he doesnt have the resources LL has, so he’s the underdog for sure

I know you’re speaking in broader terms here, but tell me exactly where the resource gap is between Louie and T-Funk thus far this year? One guy put out a part with an ender that was a key focus of a 30 minute documentary, and the other guy put out a part that was filmed by his best friend at a spot that’s like 15 minutes from his house.
