Correct, the way I wrote it doesn't make sense but I vaguely remember the storyteller being torn about it because it was a pro they looked up to. I'm sorry I'm not much of a help. Hoping someone remembers.

Do not disagree.   Kareem is an awesome skater.   Do not think that translates to business acumen.   He’s being trying to bring back every brand since city stars bottomed out and has never really crystallized for whatever reason.   A big bald man may be behind Axion, but I think they are doing a great thing as a nostalgia brand and I’ve been a big fan of the mariano reissues.    They are doing what eS is trying but better in my opinion

and was willing to ignore the shitty team and maybe get a pair. But cant really get behind a company that is no longer supporting or supported by the person with the original vision.
