They’re doing well enough now that Ayman recently quit to do Carpet full time (I think Osama still works full time) dudes are both extremely bright and smart with money and I believe own and rent out some other property in the city so props to them. They’re making it happen for real and every bit of praise is deserved. I do wish they made shit a little more affordable but the work they put into everything they do is the reason for that price tag.

Yeah, the rust belt of the US is littered with buildings like this which one could buy for next to nothing. Skateboarders I’m St. Louis bought a church for like $1000 and turned it into a skatepark, for example.

Both have quit NASA and PEPCO and are doing Carpet full time.The factory looks great (and is coming together inside). I'm glad the fears about getting the C star up to the roof were unfounded. Now you can see it on the Amtrak into Baltimore. Hoping that talk of Dj nights and other events come to fruition.

after high school there was a party house i frequented dubbed the “wacky shack”
