I think if its necessary for health reasons then its fair play. I was cut (amongst other operations down below) from the age of 5-7 yrs old. My oldest son is almost 6 and is booked in for circ next month. Poor bugger is Basically pissing out of a pin hole

Don't think anybody would ever argue against it in a situation like this. It's more just a bit odd that millions of people do it as if it's a definate thing that would happen even when the chances of it happening are so low.
