2- The #2 skater is ‘SLAP’s SOTY’

3- We can have a bunch of categories to prevent everything being lumped into a singular, undefinable ‘best’.

Best cinematography, best trick, best part, best pants, etc.

4 -I suspect that industry dudes might pic up on this if we do it, and try to sway the vote by spamming the boards with fake accounts.

I think the best way to avoid this is voting restricted to SLAP PALS.

Hey glad you all are stoked on the idea as well.

As for best pants- Bobby Dekeyzer. He makes so many other skaters look like slobs. I guess a lot of skaters are slobs, kinda a turn off when you think about certain skaters sleeping on yellowed sheets surrounded by beer cans.

As for PAL Soty- Mr. Gall. I think we can all relate to a working class guy that skates. Dedication to skateboarding is what shines through. He had the cover too, life hammer.

Was thinking about waiting to start the thread after all the SOTY media has dropped but we can totally begin discussion now.
