It’s not that they don’t pay well, but I heard they are behind on getting riders their checks.

I have to imagine they ordered a ton of product during the pandemic and their money is tied up until they can get rid of backstock of decks. I’m sure they hired more people during that time too.

Pretty sure a lot of the bigger companies are in the same position. A lot of shops out there are still back stocked with decks from a year ago.
