There's an ancient, crusty "skatepark" like this - definitely newer, but not by much - in a nearby town and honestly it's super fun to skate.

Those double stacked parking blocks look so fun.  Era confirmed by the double pvc slider bar carbon dating.
Oddly enough, I was just in Paducah late Sept not for skating but looking for snakes out in the Land Between The Lakes zone.

   The emancipation from risers more to do with modern skating then board widths imo.  -Never gets talked about. I'm sure that 91 dude is on half inchers.  People weren't letting go even at the start of smaller wheels cause they thought they'd loose pop.
