I get that a lot of younger skaters here grew up with the Bieber-esque “Life of Ryan” Sheckler, and so they sort of justifiably ignore or make fun of him, but he’s seriously one of the best and most gnarly skaters of his era. I think the lie he told Phelps didn’t help with people’s opinions of him.

Vertical photos get covers, horizontal ones not so much. When you have shooting covers in mind vertical trumps all. If I'm Atiba shooting Tyshawn my camera will be vertical 99% of the time. Not a huge fan of this one. Tyshawn is blown out and the angle atiba was holding the camera is weird. It honestly looks like Tyshawn caught atiba offguard and atiba swung around and snapped this in the nick of time. That subway shot though was a masterpiece, just wish it was a better looking kickflip.
