nyjah is next level. some great clips right here. but damn that wide lens ty keeps using is the most shit lens ever. his long lens follow cams suck. he just tries too hard to reinvent skate videography.

I also was going to comment on the wide angle. That threw me off and I was expecting his lines to be filmed with fisheyes

Bs180 Nosegrind revert on that hubba near the middle of the part was perfect. Jah came through on this one, too bad Ty fucked half of his tricks up. Imagine if that line he did through the little schoolyard with the tables to the bs smith was filmed fisheye, would’ve been a fucked line but because of long lens ass Ty it just blends to the part. 

Fakie flip back Nosegrind on a hand rail is some fucked up shit. And was that the biggest bs noseblunt of all time?

i dont know how to feel about this, the skating seriously brought me back around and i've been on more of a positive vibe towards the jah lately. i am seriously impressed by how he can keep shredding this hard after multiple injuries, so much (warranted) hate, and with no real reason to keep pushing himself, considering that he can just sell Disorder shit to 13 year olds and build a new team of senders

the fits are atrocious as ever, the music was absurd and felt like a contrived response to criticism that he's too jock-ish (no meek mill?), and the b-roll was stupid. also, the SA allegations have never left my mind and, if true, would definitely turn me the other way obviously. but idk this one had me smilin for the first time watching nyjah

Somebody said that Nyjah looks like he dressed as the mannequin at footlocker and they were correct. Filming was terrible for a good chunk of the part (felt like Ty filmed from the other side of the street for a lot of clips). I have never felt that it's a good idea to film a line from behind the skater, let alone a mile behind.

Besides all the bullshit, the tricks were obviously good (switch heelflip back feeble, fake flip switch bs 5-0 a handrail, etc.) Hopefully "The part" is not filmed like this but it probably is.

Skating was bonkers.

Filming was awful. Ty wants you to notice his "cinematography" so much that he forgets he's there to make the skating look good. Half the spots looked smaller than in IRL, which I didn't even know was possible.

I didn't hate it. He dresses like he's either going to the gym or he just came from the gym, but whatever. I thought the first song was pretty on point. Just let Jah get stoned, just leave him be brah. Too much drone/cinematic filming.

The front blunt thru the kinked rail was sick. The alley-oop 180-nosegrinds were sick. Lots of good tricks actually.
