First clip you posted is in Belo Horizonte (there are lots of clips in Belo Horizonte, like the stadium and some small hill bombs), second in Rio de Janeiro.

I wish he would have skated more spots in Belo Horizonte. The city is not well represented in skate videos and has tons of amazing spots downtown.

I wanna know what kind of deal Flip has that’s kept Luan on for so long. The brand’s been p much dead for years now, and Luan could have gotten big money elsewhere.

Tbh this part seemed a bit underwhelming to me. Maybe it was the editing but it didn’t have that excitement Luan parts usual give.

My doubt is if he likes the process of filming a videopart. He said in an old interview that he doesnt like California and  place vibes, the pressure to film and get clips. Maybe its the reason We all see him every year in BATB but not putting effort to film a propper video part.

Interesting how Louie Lopez and Luan's careers went off different trajectories, since both were the star groms on Flip during the Extremely Sorry days. Luan had a lot of success with competitions and made good bank with SLS, Copenhagen, X-Games and BATB showings but never evolved his style and trick selection. Being on Nike definitely helped his wallet.

LL landed on the biggest brand in recent times, has a pro shoe with Converse and is in the running for SOTY with his recent part.

I think LL's legacy will shine brighter in the next 10 years but both should be sitting comfortably financially.
