the tape measure is on my desk so i had to break it out to see. I think the longest flat gap I've done is like 7ish feet. a 10.5 foot kickflip or backside flip across that gap is wild. 16 foot watertower gap makes no sense at all.

I ollied my bathroom, tyshawn backsideflipped my kitchen, and jeremy wrap ollied an average adult female anaconda.

also goddamn the biggest anaconda on record was 33 feet. measuring that shit is insane.

I believe I read that the spot has an elevator where you would jump, in order to be ADA compliant.
