Moving to Madrid at the end of February for the last year of my 20's. Been following madrid_spots for a while, but any other recs are welcome!

Follow @santinopiech the main filmer for Welcome and a lot of other projects for good spots. Most of them are outside of the centre and so are the decent skateparks unfortunately. Welcome Skateshop again is the best, they'll help with spots if you roll through. @madrid_spots is kind of a pisstake really with the "spots" they post haha!

Going to Madrid for a week later this week. Might need to grab a deck their (budget airline)-- any tips on shop decks in the city with good wood?

If you are near the Escombro DIY, check out Paradis skateshop. https://www.paradisskateshop.com/en/collections/tablas-paradis

Their shop decks are around 50 euros and are Prime LA wood. I'm riding a 8.25 shop deck right now and it's pretty dope. If you are into shaped decks they also have the Jovontae and Jef Hartsel shapes as well.

Word, thanks! May hit up Paradis. Definitely want to check out Escombro DIY
