Felt too much like Brian Peacocks tricks the first half but the second half cooled it down and was totally bananas

That was bananas. Definitely saw some Brian Peacock and PJ influence. Hard to wrap my brain around some of those tricks lol damn!

I skated to that song in 2001 because I was obsessed with J.Lo, I hated Ja Rule (I was 18 I think)... but yeah, Kai did it better.  ;D

This part is really good!

Always hyped on the music supervision in Kev Perez’s edits. All the ledge tech shit is unreal, a lot to process.

Right? All their output this year has been solid. With better art direction and some good team edits they really could be one of the best companies out. Need those guy and Ronnie kessner parts!

Holy shit. Would love to see this kid destroy nyc and leave the 917/limousine crew (and similarly flavored skaters) clutching their wallies and obscure spots. If he can skate Boston and Philly like that he can do the same to New York

There’s some kind of correlation with Brian Peacock and this tropical fruit, no?

Noah Nayef's shit this year wowed me. April has a stacked team talent wise. This part almost felt like an ode to the early/mid 2000's just with crazier tech ledge shit, so the Ja Rule track just worked.

That was amazing, nice trick selection.

2nd vote would be for PJ. sometimes it is a fine command of the english language to say nothing and he extended that to skating. PJ's plan B part is the emperor's new clothes.

holy shit that was intense!

dig all the edits/ clips april puts out, noah nayef stuff was ill too!

whoever said that it felt like an ode to early 2000s tech stuff with the song was spot on- tastefully so i gotta say!

my brain couldn't process a lot of what just went down and i had to rewind a few of the tricks! hypertech but still dope to watch

Normally I'm not a fan of shuvs out of grinds, because they almost always are just shuvs and not pop shuvs, but this guy has some style.

Pretty sure he would have a Ky Kiske board if he were on Primitive.

Super tech ledge wizardry grinding less than 6 inches off the end of the ledge does not count in 2023.
