Where did the name come from? I always assumed it was the corner it was located on, is it the former street names or like a nearby dock or what?
Muska, Chillin Chillin
Well I have like 9 Andy Anderson flight decks

It's the names of some nearby streets that intersect. Army isn't called that anymore though, it was renamed Cesar Chavez in '95. 3rd and Army is actually accessible from Indiana Street, when on Cesar Chavez turn southbound on Indiana and drive a block or two and you'll run right into it.
