I have a funny story related to this. I was known in my local for having the best popped 360 flips. They were immense, bigger than my ollies. The board did the complete "360 flip" while going up and I catch it mid air perfectly straight, landed bolts. Recently I discovered they weren't 360 flips but 360 pressure flips while playing with my son and his techdecks. The board flipped HEELFLIP, like a 360 inward heel, but my feet and body position, and the way the board moved seemed like a proper 360 flip. During all that time (2003 - 2010) absolutely nobody noticed it. I played tons of game of skate and we all thought I was doing treflips. I felt an impostor after knowing I never did a 360 flip in my life :'(

Based on his claims, I don't think cameras had been invented yet where he's from. Or tre flips. Possibly he's from a small island nation that got dial up in 2010.

when you search "tony hawk" on youtube, there are at least fifteen results with multiple million views. his video game series sold 1.4 billion copies. he was everywhere in the late 90s/early 2000s - i wonder how many people watched the 1999 x games live or the episode of the simpsons he was in? not saying every all those people ran out and bought a skateboard but tony hawk clearly sparked a massive wave of interest in skating and i'm gonna need to see some solid evidence of something comparable aaron kyro's done for me to take this opinion conjecture seriously

Kyro did a TEDx.

They are licenced events, and anyone can apply to put one on. They are like, a little franchise but not the real deal.

Front side 180s are critically underrated.

"Easy" tricks in general are overlooked or disrespected. One of the coolest rail tricks imo is a long bs boardslide on a handrail. Heath has done some exceptional ones.

A good back 50 is *chef's kiss*. I also love solid boned ollies on the right obstacle - usually more than harder flip tricks.
