Tail Boner
« on: January 31, 2023, 11:16:26 PM »
Hello  :)

I slipped out heels from a backside pivot stall today.  Fell into the ramp (4ft) thinking I might get a neat ass slide but of course my tail bone caught the coping on the way down.  I can feel a 3-4 pain when I breathe in or do any waist kinda movements now (2hrs later). Anyone got tips for nursing it?  I'm thinking a deep bath tonight to float a while and take some weight off should help, thanks

If you live somewhere with affordable/available health care go see a doctor and get an x-ray. I've got a fucked spine now with no real way to single out how various things happened but looks like little bits of damage here and there I never looked after.
As far as just nursing make a little cushion donut to sit on to take some pressure off.

Damn man that sucks.  I'll see the doc tomorrow if it's any bit worse.  Didn't think about pillow arrangements yet so cheers
