How to update Profile Pic?

I can't for the life of me figure out how to add a profile picture, I searched a few threads and they all say just to upload to Imgur or similar, then copy links. I do that, and it says "Your profile has been updated successfully." but the actual "Personalized Picture" setting stays at "No avatar". Anyone know how to fix this? Or should this thread be in the "HELP" area? Thanks

Was able to update it no issue, not sure what was happening when you tried.
