Taylor Kirby of Indy on Ace

Haven’t seen an official announcement or part yet, but it appears that Taylor Kirby is the latest pro to make the jump to Ace from Indy.

Wasn't he on Thunders recently too? Prob out of contract and getting homie flow. A bunch of pros were on Aces when AF1 dropped and went back to other brands.

Indy seems to flow or sponsor everyone that lives South of SF so it would be weird they would drop him.

Just a guess but probably the moving of production out of the United States. I stopped skating them a few years ago because of that. I still think the 149s are a really great truck and I'm not xenophobic or anything but being raised in a union family it just seemed sort of corny to move production to China on top of the silly slogans and stuff. That being said the trucks could be higher quality now, I don't really know.

I've been back skating ventures for the first time since high school and I like them.

I don't dislike Indy as trucks but I am sick of proving to racist kooks that the iron cross wasn't on old trucks. That woke culture isn't destroying this stupid Chinese brand.

It wasn’t production. NHS new management was making cuts. Part of that was shifting production to china, but also it was meant cutting a lot people. Particularly older, less relevant riders. Then the logo/branding drama sort of all happened around the same time.

That Chinese production narrative seemed to take hold. People were talking about American made pride with their ace trucks that were always made and china that slightly bend like an iPhone. It was all silly.

Well, on his instagram he isn’t following Indy and he’s only following ace as far as truck companies go, so it looks like he’s definitely interested in landing there if he hasn’t yet. He also had a story a week or so ago thanking rhino for 10 years at Indy.

The one thing I don't understand about the "since Indy went to China they suck now" crowd is that most of them ride Ace which are made in China.
