Anybody here also a fan of this loose genre?

Been digging the last Matana Robert's Ch. 4 coin coin joint. Also trying to get my hands on as much Anthony Braxton wax when I happen to come across it.

Great blog here if You have no idea wtf I'm talking about, but you're curious about discovering new music:

it must be crazy when chico sells you something and the tables switch from "give me my money chico" to "giving my money to chico"

I am really into that kind of music I also try to play it with friends. I play the trumpet.

I really like this Jamie Branch album. I discovered her music when people posted about her death   :'( R.I.P.

I discovered this on vinyl by chance. The baseline and build up of this song is simply beautiful.

Now we're talking! Thanks everybody for contributing ideas. S. - I too try to play scronkey jazz stuff on my lap steel guitar. It's fun and it just gives a good rush of endorphins to create stuff with no rules or boundaries.

Glue Reed- good looking out with Brötzmann's machine gun. Classic.
