RIP Nate Stout
« on: April 04, 2023, 03:41:49 PM »
I’d love to not believe it’s true but one of my closest friends has passed. Nate was a filmer from the Charlotte NC area that moved to LA when he was 18 to pursue a filming career. I randomly met him at Belmont high and we hit it off, later to find out we were both from NC and happened to live blocks apart in LA. From that day on we skated everyday for years, Nate and I clocked 100 times more hours together filming than I’ve sat on my ass looking at this forum. If you get the time please watch some videos from his YouTube channel I know he would want people to continue to watch the videos he has filmed and edited, and tell your friends you love them every chance you get.

wow what a bummer- way too many rip s in the last year... what s up with that? i remember a few years ago these were almost non existent

anyway rip to a real one! always loved his edits and just recently watched old vincent luevanos parts... such a bummer! all the best to his friends and family!

on a sidenote did he also make the video with nick merlinos baker footy? i could never find it again only remember a bunch of tricks down wilshire at nighttime and that it played on a website not youtube.

RIP. Nate was super talented! I watched a lot of his videos. I had that Vincent Luevanos part on repeat when I was 12. It's very likely I actually saw your footage in these videos @Craig Lutzka. My condolences, I hope you're doing okay. While I never met Nate he always seemed like a really cool guy and his videos were great. Always loved the Maurice Jordan videos he made!

RIP Nate Stout. I had the opportunity to skate with him for a short while in NC. Always positive, contagious energy and deeply loved skateboarding. Miss and love you Nate.

Such a bummer to open up slap to.  I filmed with Nate some when he lived in Charlotte.  Rip homie, thinking of you today.

I met Nate around the time I moved to California. He was a very sweet and fun individual to be around. Rest in peace
