I have a similar request to AitchBeeGayBuh:
This is going to be a woeful description, I doubt anyone knows what I’m talking about but I’ll try.
When I first started skating I remember watching some footage over and over again most likely on my PS2 around 2002. For some reason I think the footage was connected to Activision, EA or some skateboarding related game (not any of the THPS games and I don’t think Grind Session). For some reason I’m remembering something like a demo disc, but not a DVD/video done by a skateboard company. There’s a chance it could’ve just been a burnt copy of something. It was definitely short, roughly 5/10 minutes. Could’ve just been one part.
The footage was of one tall lanky guy skating, dark brown hair, had pretty much a bowl cut (imagine Reynolds turtle boy). Thinking back, maybe like a young Danny Brady, but taller.
He was skating European spots, lots of plazas and lots of lines. Could’ve been filmed on a vx1 / Mk1. The footage was all day time and very grey looking. There might’ve been some vert footage tacked on at the end. Music was most likely just an instrumental. In one of the lines he just hits a random flat bar that looked to be brought to the plaza.
The spot at 2:23 pops up, or a bump that looks very similar to it. I think there might even be trash cans set up, too. Does anyone remember a part with this spot in it? That might get me closer to this footage I’m trying to describe.
