I don't understand what a preorder of a part means - is it early viewing access? Also who's willing to pay for a Ragdoll part? I remember he had a very touching story, but the last thing he put out could definitely have benefited from better quality control

To be fair though, he only charged me $17 for the last part when I preordered it, so maybe the price for this one reflects an increase in quality?
